Ingredients:

8 apples
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
4 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat dutch oven to 300 degrees.
Core apples and cut into quarters.
Dump all ingredients into ducth oven and stir until butter is melted and all is mixed.
Cover and cook 30 minutes or until apples are soft and sauce is clear and thick.
